House Pressure Washing

American Pride Painting's pressure washing technology combines your household water with biodegradable cleansers designed not only to clean, but to deter future mildew growth. Our cleansers are perfectly safe for flowers, lawns and shrubs. This cleaning will be followed by hand scrubbing if necessary and a high-pressure water rinse to remove dirt, grime, mold, mildew, weather marks, oxidation, loose and flaking paint and other contaminants. We use a self-contained pressure generating unit, providing pressures of up to 3,000 pounds per square inch, and water temperatures as high as 200 degrees. Pressure washing is also the best way to prepare any exterior surface for painting. Our process removes loose and flaking paint, dirt, oxidation, mold and mildew, for the best possible adhesion when painting.
